    I don t think I ve ever consumed an academic text like I did this desperately trying to commit everything to memory I really enjoyed Carol Bush s Healing Imagery Music , many pages are covered with post it notes to return back to I much appreciated the flow of the book, and how Bush included the perfect mix of personal story, theory and case examples I m not sure how I feel about the last section where she instructs readers how to create their own inner journeys of course there is I don t think I ve ever consumed an academic text like I did this desperately trying to commit everything to memory I really enjoyed Carol Bush s Healing Imagery Music , many pages are covered with post it notes to return back to I much appreciated the flow of the book, and how Bush included the perfect mix of personal story, theory and case examples I m not sure how I feel about the last section where she instructs readers how to create their own inner journeys of course there is no way one would achieve the same effect as receiving actual GIM sessions with a certified fellow Also noticed was Bush s elimination of describing the entire session process most likely would include mandala drawings, journal ling or even musical improvisation Mandalas have been such an important part of my own self discoveries, and I felt Bush missed an opportunity by leaving this out.This was a perfect read for GIM2 preparation, though I wonder how it would land for a reader from the ge...
